A while back I generated a 4.1.2 XML -> 5.0a1 diff doc (using dtddiff
from Earl Hood's perlsgml suite)

Probably no longer up to date with current version of the 5.0 DTD in
DocBook Open Repository CVS, but shows some planned content-model
changes. (scroll down to "Content Rule Differences" section)
