Subject: DOCBOOK: default.encoding, chunker.output.encoding
With DocBook XSL 1.58.1, and $default.encoding set to 'UTF-8', chunked HTML output comes out with its encoding set to 'ISO-8859-1'. Setting $chunker.output.encoding to 'UTF-8' works around the problem, but why is $default.encoding ignored? Tim. */
