Error in generating pdf using FOP

I have the following error..
[fop] BUILD FAILED: file:E:/xml/workspace/HRApplication/build.xml:107:
org.apache.fop.apps.FOPException:
file:/E:/xml/workspace/HRApplication/bin/Overview/book.fo:1197:247 Flow
'xsl-region-body' does not map to the region-body in page-master 'blank'
when running fop on a docbook project using docbook 4.2, docbook-xsl-1.61.3,
xalan-2.5, and FOP 20.5. The HTML output builds fine.
 
Anyone with some insight on how to start hunting this down....
