DocBook V4.4CR3 released

I published 4.4CR3 this morning[1]. It fixes the bug that Jirka found in
xml/docbook.cat and adds the rowheader accessibility attribute to
CALS table and informaltable.

It would be nice to publish this as 4.4 officially in January, so
please try it out.
