Dynamically Setting page.margin.* Params

Utilizing Docbook 4.4b2 dtd and 1.68.1 xsl stylesheets with oXygen 5.1 and XEP 
4.3.

fo/param.xsl has xep.extensions set to 1.

Setting page.margin.outer and page.margin.inner from within oXygen does not 
work and a review of the fo stylesheet param.xml indicates that page.margin.* 
values have been hard-coded.

Don't believe this was the case in previous fo stylesheets as I was able to 
successfully dynamically set these params in oXygen.

Advice please.
