Hi Bob,

Thank you for the help. Initially  Sean Wheller gave me some clue of where 
to look for the information.  I must admit it was not easy for me but after 
a couple of hours of brain storming I did figure out how to turn off the 
extra pages. Thanks to all of you guys again.
