db5 inlineequation requires mediaobject child (generates a line break) instead of inlinemediaobject

The line break is right there in the para of the example. This means
that an "inline" equation can't be inline (unless it uses a mathphrase
or mml:* element).

Is that really the intended content of inlineequation?

I notice that it uses inlinemediaobject in db 4.
