Perhaps you're using xsl stylesheets for db4?

In this case, orgname isn't allowed as author child, 
and for this reason it isn't parsed.
(see person.name in common.xsl and biblio.xsl for the bibliography.mode)

I suggest to use orgname in biblioentry.
