One option would be for you to convert the DocBook to XHTML and then use the 
CPAN module HTML-WikiConverter-MediaWiki to convert the XHTML to MediaWiki 
syntax:

For converting from MediaWiki you can use MediaWiki and an xhtml2docbook 
solution or this solution:
