Subject: AW: AW: [docbook] How to get a proper UTF-8 HTML with umlaut

Hi,

the Source contains that

CR(81451) neues Element <emphasis role="bold ">area</emphasis> für ImageMaps in Grafiken eingebaut,

ShowExt überarbeitet (HTML)

          </row>

So it seems to be part of docbook.
Best Regards

Markus

Why don't you use the umlauts directly instead of replacing them with character entities like ü? Typing "ü" into a UTF-8 encoded XML document is perfectly legal.
