XSLT 2 for Docbook

Hello Docbook,

I discovered the XSLT 2 Stylesheets written by Norman Walsh.

I tried to find some notes about how to run the stylesheets well, but I didn’t find something. I have recognized that there are saxon extensions in the lib folder and some preprocessing xslts also.

So I tried this:

Error at xsl:variable on line 669 column 95 of table.xsl:

XPST0008: Variable default.table.column.widths has not been declared (or its declaration

is not in scope)

Failed to compile stylesheet. 1 error detected.

What did I wrong?
