programlisting... fo/verbatim.xsl... "numberLines" function

Using OxygenXML 20, docbook, programlisting...

Attempt to use linenumbering, however get a message:

 No numberLines function available

This is from verbatim.xsl.

Is there an external java function that is required to number lines?
