email vs phone

Hello,

It looks like email and phone don't have the same parents.

I understand that fax and "wire phone" are linked to an address but, in mobile era, phone is more linked to a person.

=> May be DocBook could reflect that and make the element <person> a potential parent for the element <phone>.
