Many thanks for your reply, and sorry it took me some time to reply.
We would be very interested in an exhibition space. 
How can we order an exhibition space? Are there any forms we need to fill in
for application?

These days I am discussing with my colleagues what kind of topics we want to
present. Up to now I can say, we need some space (table) to place a pager, a
Desktop Computer, a Cell Phone, a Radio, and some presentation brochures.
Next to the table we would like to place a Siren plus cabinet (requires
approx. 1mx2m of space.

Will there be some movable walls, or fixed booths to define the stand for
each company, or will it be a more or less loose assemblage of tables?

Meanwhile we are collecting all the details (description, logo, layout,
etc), listed on your web-page, you require until Sept. 1st.

We, the Hörmann GmbH are interested in exhibition space during the "Workshop
and Demonstration of Advances in ICT Standards for Public Warning" hold
during 19th and 20th of Oct. in Geneva.

The Hoermann GmbH is a german mid-sized company which provides Public
Warning Systems with Outdoor Sirens and CAP-Solutions. The General Manager
of our Us-Branch (Mr. Efraim Petel) is already listed as Speaker on Friday
20th. 

Could you please forward us some information, if it's still possible to
order exhibition space (we would require approx 9 sqm).
