USGS Speaker for Workshop

I have confirmation that the Jim Devine of USGS will be participating in the Workshop.

In addition to having implemented CAP in USGS for earthquakes, volcanoes, and landslides  ( http://www.usgs.gov/homepage/rss_feeds.asp ), Jim is a memebr fo the Tsunami Wroking Group led by UNESCO/IOC, so he can stand in for Patricio Bernal in that respect. Jim is also deeply involved with the classified work, so it will be good to have him there to bring ideas back into that community.

Can we find him a speaking slot on the agenda?
