Subject: Western Samoa travel to the Workshop
At WSIS last year in Tunis I met Ms. Purcell who has the task to set up public warning for Western Samoa. I would appreciate if anyone can offer ideas on how Western Samoa could get support for travel to the Workshop. Here is her e-mail to me: >Date: Fri, 22 Sep 2006 11:37:39 -1100 >From: Gisa Fuatai Purcell <fuatai.purcell@mcit.gov.ws> >To: Eliot Christian <echristian@usgs.gov> >Subject: Re: ITU Workshop on Public Warning (19-20 Oct, Geneva) > >Dear Eliot, > >Can you please advise if there is funding for LDCs to attend this >conference?
