All,

From our side, we are planning on issuing a media advisory. A media advisory is sent electronically to the press database 8-9k people through ITU's central communication unity. Rather than aiming to gain pre-publicity for the event, it aims to act as reminder to the press hopefully attracting their participation... and therefore post-event coverage. We hope to have a slot available some time next week but I am offered no guarantee because the press communiqué schedule is pretty full.

Please find attached the initial draft, and provide back any feedback, requested changes, etc, if at all possible COB tomorrow, so we can try to guarantee our slot.
