- Removed asynchronous attributes from batch request envelope
o Comment: If transport binding wants to transport batch, this is doable
- Permitting XML chunks. According to RFC2251, this is not true.
- Issue of OID Definition

o Definition is not correct

Discussion on SOAP Meeting
- SOAP allows application layers errors within the 1.2 specification.
Andy to talk to Microsoft folks about SOAP faults and UDDI
Question and comment (Tony) on Transport Independence
- Why are we just focusing on SOAP? We should also be able to use HTTP and SMTP, and others
- Response: Proposed how SOAP will be used for different protocols.
If we miss OASIS deadline, what is alternative.
- Shoot out email on attendance, voting rights from OASIS, etc...
