Attached are the minutes from this weeks call. They have been posted to the web along with Version 9 of the draft and the latest XSD.

I have also sent the request for clarification from Karl best on the Usage Certification.

  Make changes requested in Andy’s email

James will send out request to all members of the TC to view the OASIS IPR policy.

Winston will ask Karl Best to clarify usage certification requirements.

Winston will post Jeff’s new draft 9 to website.

 

James will set up next weeks call as Winston will not be available.
