Does abandonRequest make sense for SOAP  binding? According to the spec,
the batchResponse is part of the SOAP response body and since the 
batchResponse
contains the complete response, abandonRequest is not needed as at all.

Any thoughts? The spec nicely forgot to discuss about this in section 5. 
It talks about all
the request types except abandon.

Also,  how do we deal with this? If the client sends an anbandonRequst --
1) should the  server ignore or
2) send a  error response.

I think it should be 1.
