Subject: Errors in Digital Signature Service Core...

I would like to report the following errors in two OS-level
spec documents recently released; I suspect similar errors in
the related prose documents.

==================================================================

Document: http://docs.oasis-open.org/dss/v1.0/oasis-dss-core-spec-v1.0-os.html
** Errors also in the PDF and Word (.doc) formats

Section: "1.2 Normative References"
http://docs.oasis-open.org/dss/v1.0/oasis-dss-core-spec-v1.0-os.html#_Toc159076025

Errors:

1.  "[RFC 2246] T Dierks, C. Allen.  The TLS Protocol Version 1.0.
    IETF RFC 2246, January 1999. http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2246.txt.";

* The (hyper)link is incorrect: it leads to the wrong RFC
  (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2396.txt)

2. "[RFC 2396] T. Berners-Lee et al. Uniform Resource Identifiers
    (URI): Generic Syntax. IETF RFC 2396, August 1998.
    http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2396.txt.

* RFC 2396 is obsolete. It is explicitly obsoleted (January 2005) by:

  Network Working Group         T. Berners-Lee

  Updates: 1738                 Day Software
  Obsoletes: 2732, 2396, 1808   L. Masinter
  Category: Standards Track     Adobe Systems
  Uniform Resource Identifier (URI): Generic Syntax

3. "[RFC 2616] R. Fielding et al. Hypertext Transfer Protocol -
     HTTP/1.1.  IETF RFC 2616, June 1999.
     http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2616.txt.";

* The (hyper)link is incorrect: it leads to the wrong RFC
  (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2440.txt)

4.   "[RFC 3161] C. Adams, P. Cain, D. Pinkas, R. Zuccherato.

     Revocation List (CRL) Profile. IETF RFC 3280, April 2002.
     http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3280.txt.";

* The (hyper)link is incorrect: it leads to the wrong RFC
  (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3075.txt)

7. "[XML-TSP] T. Perrin et al. XML Timestamping Profile of
     the OASIS Digital Signature Services. W3C Recommendation,
     February 2002.  OASIS, (MONTH/YEAR TBD)"

* the cited document is not a W3C Recommendation
* the date is not February 2002
* the string (MONTH/YEAR TBD) is opaque/stub

========================== Similar errors:

(I'm guessing that all the OS spec documents for DSS 1.0
 need to be checked and fixed).
