Hi Sébastien,

we will add the topic of 'implementation specific' ResultMinor of
required clarifications of the core document. My current view is that
additional ResultMinors can be allowed for signing to report error
conditions when ResultMajor code is NOT 'Success'. But there is more
discussion required for verification. The need for extension may arise
here especially when ResultMajor code is 'Success'.

Regarding test request / response pairs: See the archive attached. It
contains signing requests (prefix 'SR'), detached ('DET'), eneveloped or
enveloping ('ENVD'/'ENV') with different variations of the document type.

Feel free to ask if you got any proposals regarding the ResultMinors or
question regarding the test files.
