DSS-X: update DSS-X TC home page and also DSS TC

Dear Mary,

The dss-x tc has produced a beta version of its home page and would like 
this be actually uploaded. This version may be found at:

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss-x/download.php/25481/DSS-X-publicPage-sep07-feedbacksdrees.html

Could you please incorporate such a document to the TC website as home page?

Also, the dss-x tc considers worth that a link to its home page is added 
  within the dss tc home page. It may happen that people aware of the 
existence of dss visit its page. Having a notice there that the dss-x tc 
is active continuing the work started by dss tc would attract their 
attention to our group. Do you want us to provide a sentence for the 
warning? Could you please incorporate such a warning and link?
