Two more comments:

1) The XSD you posted to the list earlier is not consistent with this
document.  In IndividualSignatureReportType, the specification has a 

		<element name="SignatureIdentifier"
type="vr:SignatureIdentifierType"/>

Where the schema has:

			<element ref="dss:SignaturePtr"></element>

Can you please post an XSD consistent with this document?  

2) To follow up on my email earlier today, for PDF I guess we need to add
something like an element or attribute (borrowing from the visual signature
profile):

			<attribute name="FieldName" type="string"
use="optional"/>

This could be used to reference a signature in a named PDF signature field
using its field name (the "mapping name" entry in the field dictionary seems
to be designed for this). 

What do you/other people think?
