Yes, I agree that SignatureIdentifierType is the place where FieldName
should be added.  My colleagues and I reached the same conclusion last week.

the vr:SignatureIdentifierType in the current schema version (v0.3, cf. last
mail) is defined as

In order to facilitate the handling of PDF-signatures we could easily add
the <attribute name="FieldName" type="string" use="optional"/>.
Are there other signature formats in which a string / label is used to
indicate the "address" of the signature? If there are others, we should
probably use a somewhat more generic name. If not we could just add the
attribute in the suggested form. OK?
