I noticed though, that (while opening this schema in Oxygen 10.2)
Xerces hit an error: """[Xerces] cos-nonambig: 
"http://uri.etsi.org/01903/v1.3.2#":CompleteCertificateRefs and 
WC[##other:"urn:oasis:names:tc:dss:1.0:profiles:verificationreport:schema#"] 
(or elements from their substitution group) violate "Unique Particle 
Attribution". During validation against this schema, ambiguity would be 
created for those two particles."""

This refers to line 627 as "root" of the subtree:
<complexType name="UnsignedSignaturePropertiesType">...
specifically line 633: 			
   <element ref="XAdES:CompleteCertificateRefs" />
