ETSI / OASIS testbed possibilities for DSS

Several of your members and OASIS staff have discussed, with ETSI, a
possible cooperative effort using ETSI's "PlugTests" testbed
arrangement to provide conformance and/or interoperability testing for
features of the DSS spec.

I will join your meeting this morning, to further explore the
feaiblity of a 2-week remote test arrangement, hosted by ETSI with a
typical per-user charge of EUR300-0400, where the cases and payload
materials would be supplied by member experts from the TC.
