Action Item #0141 Produce a workplan draft for the conformance check activity

Hi all,

regarding the action item I like to propose the following draft workplan. This targets only the initial phase of producing the initial conformance document. Usually there are some more iterations when recieving feedback from implementors.

1. Check the more recent XML format for the description of the assertions. Seems to be a more natural way to describe the assertions for an XML repuest / response pair.

2. Work through a sample section of the core and create the corresponding assertions.

3. Discuss the effort / results / impact on the core with the group members, especially with the core maintainer.
4 weeks

4. Extend the conformance sie to the whole core document.
8 weeks

5. Embedd the modifications / clarifications into an updated core document.
4 weeks
