Subject: Re: [dss-x] Re: Todays event not appearing in Upcoming Events

Just in the case, it is helpful, there is somethin else I do not understand with this event.

1. I open it (authenticated, via:

https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss-x/event.php?event_id=33996

2. I read as possible action "planning to attend" (since well before the meeting, so no self-register attendance link) this is OK

3. I click on "planning to attend"

The rturning page, correctly states (since I have been through this process for the event some times already):
"""
Hello, Mr. Stefan Drees. Your planned attendance for this event has already recorded as Yes. You can use this form to view the list of planned attendees or change your planned attendance.
"""
this is OK
and I am listed in the correct table below the sentence "The following people plan to attend this event."

(URL is https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss-x/planned_attendance.php?event_id=33996)

4. I again request the plain event page as a member (as in step 1):
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss-x/event.php?event_id=33996

The page does not tell me (being of course logged in) that I have already published my planned attendance. Which is NotOK I think.

So in summary: Where do I have access to the list of people planning to attend (otherwise this feature is not useful, is it?)

PS: The track attenadnce link (https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss-x/manage/track_attendance.php?day=&event_id=33996) of course is not helpful in this regard.

All the best and thanks a lot,
Stefan.

    Dear Chet,

    as I further prepared todays dss-x meeting, I noticed, that its
    event link does not appear on the usual place in our [Group

    <https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss-x/>) below
    "Upcoming Events" on the right. The January meeting instead does appear.

    The meeting scheduled for today (event-page i.e.) is specified at
    [DSS-X

    Also by the way, there seems to always happen some '<br
    />'-Inflation when the backend pushes/displays the agenda via the
    public channel.

    Sample snippet from source view of delivered pages (the eye of
    course catches this as an ugly overspaced public page):

    Real source (entered Text in agenda item 3 as filled into textfield
    of event publishing page):

    """
    3. Roll call

    """

    Source of "private" pages agenda item 3 (3 newlines map to 3 "br" OK):

    """
    3. Roll call<br />
             <br />
             <br />
    """

    Source of "public version of the same snippet" (all "br" doubled NotOK):

    """
    3. Roll call<br /><br />
             <br /><br />
