hm, a result code stating, that a referenced document was not present 
(inside the container as declared) seems ok, if embedding was intended / 
advertised, but not completed on the client side. This should make 
sense, as a means to communicate a certain error condition, shouldn't 
it? ... like explained in the attached document 
referenced-but-forgotten-to-attach.txt  :-)
