This element is not mentioned in the core 1.0 schema. Presumably it was intended as a marker tag and therefore not included in the schema. Include it as a a boolean flag in the OptionalInputSign component for version 2.0

In the XML schema parts within the core document, there is not such element present.
In the XML schema file, this element does not appear either!!!.
