What is with the 1.0 in DSS-Defined Identifiers for v2.0?

Dear Andreas and other members,

what is with the 1.0 part of the identifiers in forma t URN we still 
list in section DSS-Defined identifiers?

Option a) They remain, as the identifiers did not change across 2.0

Option b) They must be migrated to 2.0 (the pure DSS ones not other
          parties stuff

Option c) Oh, dunno - let's discuss several meetings to find some
          number - na, not serious.

I can live with either option (a) or (b) but need to know.
