Request submitted for CSD01/PRD01

Dear members,

like advertized a few hours ago, I filed a request for
publication and public review of our CSD01/PRD01.

The issue tracking the publication is:

All the best and thanks to all for producing a twin
syntax plus generic spec instead of going with the fashion
to just swap JSON in for XML :-)

I think it was very well worth the effort!
