        -Draft Minutes for DSS TC Meeting Monday, January 27, 2003 sent out
         Thursday, January 30.
5.  Input Documents
        -Electronic Postmark Interface from UPU
         The Universal Postal Union has a current project that will establish
         a global Electronic PostMark (EPM). The EPM service will include
         Non-Repudiation services, Trusted Time-stamping, Archiving, Digital
         Signature verification, etc.  They have already prepared a standard
         XML interface specification (wsdl document) that is now being tested
         by some Posts with various client applications.
         This interface was sent to the list on Wednesday, February 5.

6.  Use Case Subcommittee Report
        -At the last meeting, the Use Case Subcommittee agreed to report back
         to the TC on the use cases it has collected and its progress towards
         developing requirements from them.
        -The hope was to have recommendations in time for this meeting and thus
         to decide on which input documents to use as starting points for our
         deliverables by March 10.  Is this schedule still achievable?
