There's a new requirements draft, Robert will post it to the OASIS site 
shortly, or you can grab it here-

Change tracking is turned on so you can see what's new.

This is intended to include all the feedback we've gotten on the list 
recently, but probably some things got lost in the shuffle or handled 
poorly, please bring back up anything that was missed.
