Individual reports for verification response

Dear all,

Looking at the issue of verification response (text in 3.7),
should the text be  understood as giving support to the idea that
the response of the service would include a number of individual reports
each one reporting on the  verification of one specific item (one report for
each certificate in the path, for instance), which would
give a great degree of granularity to the response?
If not, do you think that this would be a requeriment or
would be something more like a design criteria?
