Meeting secretary

At the moment there is no secretary for the upcoming DSS phone conference
next week.  Whilst helping out on recent meeting John Messing is unable to
carry on this function, and Tim Moses kindly stepped in just for the
face-to-face.  Thanks very much to John and Tim.

If there are not other proposals or volunteers coming forward, I therefore
propose that we work alphabetically down the list of companies and then
individuals who are members of the DSS TC but do not currently fulfil a role
in the DSS (editor, chair, membership secretary) to share the task around.

Any objections, volunteers or alternative suggestions?
