Juan Carlos,

Just in case Ed isn't on the call regarding the action to contact EPM / UPU

- Steve sent out a message just before Christmas confirming that UPU plan to
submit an EPM profile

- I contact Ed by phone, he confirmed UPU's plans, and hoped to submit an
overview before monday's call.
