Core spec
----------------
  - added a SOAP 1.2 Transport Binding
  - removed <ServiceProfile> optional input, added 'Profile' attribute on 
SignRequest/VerifyRequest, since we decided to make this mandatory for each 
profile.
  - did not replace the schema namespace URI with a URL.  I sent an email 
to Karl Best asking for guidance in selecting a URL.

QUESTION: Since none of our bindings use the RequestID attribute to 
correlate requests with responses, should we remove it?  It's looking a 
little superfluous, to me..

Timestamping profile
------------------------
  - changed to use the <SigningTime> optional output, from the core, to 
give the timestamp's time.  I figured it was easier to re-use that element 
than define a distinct <TimestampTime> output.

  - Added a bit of discussion about inheriting profile URI identifiers from 
the profile that you're subclassing.
