Profile Integration proposal

DSSers, I've uploaded a propsal for a profile model and naming scheme to the Profiles folder under documents.

 

Potentially the only new piece(s) are

 

1) the recommendation that abstract profiles be given URIs as well as concrete profiles

2) a disttincttion between abstract profiles and profileable concrete profiles
