Paul, Thanks for doing the minutes.

Could you make a couple of updates:

"ACTION 04-08-23-1: [Nick/Trevor] Draft response for ANSI X9F4 time
stamping, with goal of convergence.
Nick has drafted a memo which was posted to the list for feedback.
Primary feedback from team is in the area of X9.95's decision not to
employ XMLSig-created signatures. Nick stated he would add this comment
to the memo and suggest possible use of DSS in this area.
Delivery of memo to appropriate contact in ANSI."

This is the conclusion from the previous meeting.  I suggest that this was
closed and covered by the discussion later in the agenda as follows:

include EPM based schema  and other items from EPM in the DSS EPM.
