Typo under the OTP section of the minutes:

"Developed **componet** compliant with XML Signature that uses OTP in
cooperation with RSA- looking to integrate into standards."

should be 

Developed **component** compliant with XML Signature that uses OTP in
cooperation with RSA- looking to integrate into standards.

More on the substance, since the OTP and Court Filing scenarios are
similar, should there be an effort at convergence of them? The US
Mortgage industry is using something similar and a more generalized
profile could be preferable to separate profiles, given the bias
towards convergence and away from proliferation of OASIS TC efforts.
