CD versions for all the specifications and most of the schemas for the DSS
core and profiles have now been up loaded to the DSS documents page and also
placed in the OASIS public document store.

These are all the same as the WD text agreed for progression to CD except
that the document location has been updated to:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/dss/

in line with current OASIS practices, and the front page has been changed to
indicate its CD status.

I have also updated the DSS home page to give the current status of the DSS
activities and point to the public copy of all the specifications and
schemas.  See:

On behalf of Juan Carlos, all all the TC thanks to everyone for their hard
work in getting these documents produced.
