RE: [dss] Updates to Core - FW: [dss] Updated nested renewed timestamps

Nick & Stefan,
The proposed updates on XML timestamps in sections 5.1.1
and 5.1.3 were not included in wd-33pre9 of the Core document.  
Just for clarification, the sentence "[Note: Nothing disallows ... ]"  
under 5.1.1 is an editorial remark, not meant to be included 
in the draft document.
