Subject: Groups - Preliminary version CPPA v 3.0 specification (ebcppa-v3.0-Spec-wd-r01-en-pete4.odt) uploaded

Here is a snapshot draft of where we are in producing a document that will
eventually be raised as a candidate for public review. The draft is
concerned with CPPA v 3 support for collaboration protocols from EDIINT,
RosettaNet, ebXML, and WS-*

Support for ebBP 2 is also supplied.

While much of this could be regarded as refresh and maintenance, there is
included an approach to extensibility (using substitution groups) that was
a requirement from the original ebXML initiative and the OASIS charter.

A snapshot and update of the XSD and examples will be available soon. There
are a very few xsd cleanups from the versions from 2008, and no
incompatible changes.
