PartyId type has been discussed on ebCore list. Pim says he thinks the draft is ready to move forward. Sander expresses two concerns. David and Dale voice their respective views that our procedures and commentary make it clear we are entitled to use the urns and do not infringe on others to make their own ids for that purpose.

Dale moves to advance the Pim Party-Id to Committee Draft.
