In the PDF export from OpenOffice with "PDF/A" checked, the
URI links are not "clickable", they are when I export without this option
checked.
The OASIS style
guidelines require that "hyperlinks are 'live' and match the prose link
text".

specification template and the URI generator for proper metadata
labels and URIs.
- Technical
Committee:
Please hypertext link the name of the TC to the public
homepage as done in the specification template.
- Related
Work:
Please add hypertext links to the OASIS references (and, if
possible, non-OASIS references).
- Footer:
Please
remove the file extension (.odt) from the filename and remove the brackets
from around the date.
- Notices:
Please
remove the text within the square brackets and replace with any specific
names, abbreviations, etc. as appropriate.
- References:
The
Oasis references are not in the correct citation format. Please
change to the citation format shown in the specification template.
For example:
