Subject: Groups - cppa3-specification uploaded

Submitter's message
This update of the draft CPPA3 specification almost completes the intended coverage of specification. The main addition is a new conformance section, which defines seven conformance clauses covering many anticipated use cases.
Furthermore, the PKI feature support is more complete, addressing the issues mentioned in some emails to the list.

To be done still is only selecting some sample documents for the Appendix B. The intention is to borrow some samples from the PyPi cppa3 library, which has hundreds of samples in its test set, but other ideas or contributions are welcome too.

There are other ideas for functionality enhancements, but in principle spec and schema cover the main use cases that CPPA3 is used for, so they may be left out. What spec and schema need most is reviews ...

Have a nice summer ..
