        Hello,

This is an update from Nikola and myself of the specification.  It also incorporates some feedback from (prospective) users.  With the addition of examples, it is now a complete specification.

Could you please review this document before the middle of September?   This specification is needed in a very large end-user project in the EU and its 27 Member States,  and it needs to be stable and standardized before the end of the year.

The OASIS ebXML Messaging Protocol Binding for RegRep Version 1.0 specifies
a messaging protocol binding for the Registry Services of the OASIS ebXML
RegRep Version 4.0 OASIS Standard. This binding is compatible with both the
versions 2.0 and 3.0 of ebMS as well as the AS4 profile and complements the
existing protocol bindings specified in OASIS RegRep Version 4.0.
