Since the email below, from two weeks ago. I have not heard from any TC member having comments, or asking for more time to provide comments. I therefore plan to contact TC admin early next week to start the same process, i.e. starting a ballot like the one we did in June for CPPA3 that asks for CSD approval, public review if CSD approved, starting CS vote if no comments in PR.   ÂÂÂ

This is an update from Nikola and myself of the specification. It also incorporates some feedback from (prospective) users. With the addition of examples, it is now a complete specification.

Could you please review this document before the middle of September? This specification is needed in a very large end-user project in the EU and its 27 Member States, and it needs to be stable and standardized before the end of the year.
